Walk The World

I have made a bet with my mother, that on my treadmill, I could walk from Yankees Stadium to Dodgers Stadium. It is a distance of 2,809 miles. I plan drinking no sodas, and using portion control in my diet to lose weight. Every day I will walk, and add my distance and tell everyone where I am in my walk. I will also do weekly weigh ins and tell you how much I have lost or gained that week. If I can do this, my mother will purchase tickets to an Dodger's game for my wife and I.

I upped my treadmill speed and kept the same time. It wasn't as hard as I thought I was going to be. I walked 1.245 miles, and felt I probably could have gone at least another 20 minutes. I am still on I-80 heading west toward East Stroudsburg, PA. It the next city of any size on my trip.
